INBOUND SHIPMENTS (to event)
- Fill ONLINE FORM (Please notify us of every package shipped to the festival)
- Label packages Attention: WANDERLUST FOR {INSERT YOUR BRAND/NAME}
- Use correct address and time frames for each event (see below for specific site info)
- Number packages “1 of 5” then “2 of 5” and so on.
- USPS shipping is not accepted.
OUTBOUND SHIPMENTS (from event)
- Items must be picked up the Monday following event. Anything left after Tuesday may be discarded by the host site. Wanderlust is not responsible for left items.
- Many freight companies are closed weekends. Pickups should be scheduled before the weekend.
- Boxes (UPS/FedEx etc): please package, tape, label and schedule a pickup. Wanderlust can assist in gathering shipments.
COLD STORAGE
- Refrigerated product must be advanced. It should arrive no earlier than two days from first event day (Tuesday for all US festivals).
- Refrigeration currently is NOT available at Canada festivals.

The Conference Center’s official show services supplier is Whistler Show Services, ops@whistlershowservices.com. Please arrange at your own expense with WSS.
Inbound/Outbound Package Handling Fees:
- 0 to 5 pound box – $5.00 each
- 5 to 20 pounds box – $10.00 each
- 21 to 50 pounds box – $15.00 each
- 50 pounds and up – $25.00 each
- Crates – $35.00 each
- Displays – $45.00 each
- Pallets – $85.00 each
