Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring my family with me?
Of course! Festival grounds are free and open to the public with lots to do. You can wander through the Kula market, visit our art installations, taste the delicacies in our food co-op or just sit in the grass and revel. Those 18 and under are free, while attendees 18 and older will need a ticket to attend classes and activities (Those 18-25 years old should take a look at our accessibility program, Wander For All). No need to schedule for those under 18 years of age, as they will follow their guardians’ schedule. Those under 18 are welcome in class accompanied by a ticket-holding adult, but please be mindful of other yogis around you in terms of class disruption etc.

What do I need to bring?

  • Yoga Mat & Props: Don’t forget!
  • Photo ID: We probably don’t need to remind you.
  • Reusable Water Bottle: Around the clock yoga and dancing in the sun means water is a must and you can refill on site at one of our Camelbak water stations.
  • Layers: The mountain climate means chillier night times and possible precipitation.
  • Sunscreen: Lots of it to protect your skin
  • Hat: A complement to sunscreen.
  • Sunglasses: Protect your eyes so you can see clearly.
  • Small backpack to carry your belongings.

How do I schedule classes for two people when I purchased both tickets?

If you purchased multiple tickets and did not enter a different email address, transfer the ticket(s) by logging in to your Eventbrite Attendee account here. Hover your mouse over your name in the upper right hand corner of the screen and on the drop down menu, click “Tickets.” Select your Wanderlust ticket and you’ll see an “Edit” option on the upper right hand corner of the ticket. Select ‘Edit’ on the ticket you would like to enter a new email address for and press ‘Save’. A confirmation email will be sent to the new email address along with an instructional email from Sched.org with directions on how to log in a create a schedule.

If you need more details on how to edit the name and email address on a ticket please click here.

You can transfer your ticket to another attendee through Eventbrite. Log in to your Eventbrite Attendee account here. Hover your mouse over your name in the upper right hand corner of the screen and on the drop down menu, click ‘Tickets’. Select your Wanderlust ticket and you’ll see an ‘Edit’ option on the upper right hand corner of the ticket. Select ‘Edit’ on the ticket you would like to transfer and press ‘Save’. However, your tickets may be resold or otherwise transferred at any time prior to redemption. You may use any method to resell for face value or less, including our Facebook Event pages. To transfer your ticket to another person, simply login to your Eventbrite account. Click the “My Tickets tab”, followed by “View Your Order” to edit your ticket. Enter the name and email address of the new owner and press “Save.” The new owner will receive a confirmation email and scheduling instructions from our scheduling partner, Sched.

What do I get with my Wanderlust ticket?
The purchase of a Wanderlust ticket gives you access to the festival, allowing you to choose up to 3 activities per day. These activities can be a mix of a yoga class or workshop, meditation, hike or run, hooping session or Slackline. You can also schedule up to one Speakeasy lecture per day. You’ll also have access to the ticketed music at night.

Immersions, lodging, food and travel are not included with the purchase of a Wanderlust ticket.

Classes look full, can I still book them? Is there a drop-in system?
We highly recommend you schedule your activities in advance, as class space is limited. You’ll find the link to schedule in your ticket order confirmation from Eventbrite. Once you have scheduled, your spot in that activity is reserved, and you don’t need to worry about not getting in.

You can schedule activities marked SPACE LIMITED or ALMOST FULL.  If an activity is marked DROP-IN ONLY, all available spots have been scheduled, but don’t worry!  We allow any guest with a valid ticket to “drop in” once the scheduled attendees are in. Simply show up early and join the drop-in line.  We can’t promise, but most of our classes have a few spots free, and some drop-ins always get in.

How do I become a vendor at Wanderlust?
Wanderlust seeks high-quality craft vendors, food vendors and non-profits of all kinds, with a special focus on local, sustainable and ethically-made products from around the world.

From organic beauty products to locally designed clothing and apparel, the Kula Market seeks artisans, jewelry makers, and designers, to share their unique products and services with the Wanderlust community.

For more information on vending at Wanderlust, click here.

How can I teach at Wanderlust?
Wanderlust selects teachers for festivals based on a number of factors, some of which are need, draw, and specialization. We strive to highlight people in local communities to balance with headliner talent. Teachers are chosen from online applications as well as recommendations and all have different types of backgrounds. We look to offer variety like yin, restorative, Iyengar, and Ashtanga to offer our attendees a well rounded experience.

If you would like to apply to present at one of our festivals please fill out the contact form here. Underneath ‘Interested in working together?’, click ‘Fill out form below’ and fill out form. In the ‘Department’ drop-down menu please select ‘Teacher Submissions’.

Is there camping?
Wanderlust offers camping in three of our festival locations; Snowshoe, West Virginia, Stratton, Vermont and Squaw Valley, California. You can purchase Wanderlands camping passes on the site specific ticketing page.

Camping is an additional purchase on top of the Wanderlust day ticket and you must check in at the Compass upon arrival in order to gain access to the camp grounds.

You are responsible for bringing all the camping supplies that you need. Please check the festival FAQ here for site specific camping information.

Is there lodging?
All of our 4-Day festivals are held at ski resorts so there is plenty of lodging! We sell lodging to our Squaw Valley festival but for all other sites please check the resort website for availability.
